Transportation Plan Drafted

Transportation is a potential disastrous issue for BC in the face of Wexit. Understanding how we will connect to the rest of Canada is a top priority. Our party’s transportation minister, Benedict Arnold has announced the results of his team’s analysis of the Alberta/BC border issue, and the results are promising. We will be proposing our ideas to the federal transportation minister during our next BCExitWexit summit this fall.

NWT Route

68 Hours Drive / 82 Days Hike

68 hours from Vancouver to Saskatoon, leave extra travel time for the car portage

A scenic drive around Alberta will connect BC with the rest of mainland Canada. Be aware that a short car portage in the Northwest Territories is required. If your travel companions are weak, locals may be hired to complete the portage for you. Keep in mind that due to extreme snow fall, nearly year round, this route will only be passable June 18th through the 28th.

Fracking Tunnels

27 Day Spelunk

Mandatory buddy system in all fracking tunnels, please observe the gas tide schedule and avoid the nests of Frack Rats.

Criss crossing Alberta is a complex network of empty fracking tunnels. Spelunk deep underground through the newly independent Republic of Alberta undetected. Early testing of this route has discovered that utilizing open flame is wildly discouraged, and there have been reports of man-sized Frack Rats roaming through the network. You must be able to hold your breathe for up to three minutes and posses large reservoirs of hope to make this journey.

The Great Land Bridge

13 Hours Drive / 22 Hours Slip & Slide

Enjoy the views of the majestic Banff National Park, you might even see a starving bear, or an Old Spaghetti’s Factory.

Normally built to allow animals safe passage across freeways, our experts believe that we could create the world’s largest land bride connecting the Kootenays to Saskatoon. Considering the initial elevation, we are looking into the feasibility of creating a slip & slide lane capable of reaching passenger speeds of Mach II. The land-bridge will cast Banff in a permanent shadow, but Alberta has destroyed it anyways, so BCExitWexit doesn’t expect much objection.

As The Raven Flies

6 Hour Flight

You’re a raven, just fly from wherever.

If you happen to be a raven you are aware that political boundaries are purely mental constructs. Soar over the Republic of Alberta with impunity, and crap all over the human’s vehicles at will. Remember that you are the superior species, and the humans will discover that far too late. Fly! You beautiful killing machines! Fly!

… if you are a raven.

Transporting around, above and under Alberta might seem like a daunting challenge, but if the Phoenix pay system has proven anything it is that the federal government can build the impossible.
